description
Services required :
Liverpool City Council (the Council) wishes to define a strategic, ambitious vision and regeneration programme to continue Liverpool's transformation over the next 10 years. The Council seeks to capture the overall development profile and potential of the city in a Regeneration and Investment Strategy document, adding to and capturing the positive work ongoing to the Council's suite of documents and bringing Liverpool in line with the other core cities. The strategy will be advisory in nature, not formally adopted, and updated periodically to reflect the city's ongoing regeneration.
The City Council is seeking to procure a highly experienced and skilled consultancy team to produce a Regeneration and Investment Strategy that will map out holistically the development, investment, and infrastructure opportunities (building upon the significant investments in rail, bus, cycling, walking and legibility improvements already planned) across the city centre and articulate why Liverpool is an investible proposition.
It is anticipated that the work will be undertake by a multidisciplinary organisation or led by a development advisory consultancy working in partnership.
