description
The Council is looking for a contractor to undertake surveys at two locations, Trafalgar Road / Marine Parade and St Peter's Road / Marine Parade. This must be undertaken on a Saturday and a Wednesday of the same week between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 in August 2017. In addition an automatic traffic counter measuring speeds should be placed on Marine Parade for the week that the counts are undertaken.
A note will need to be made of weather conditions at the time of the count.
