Waveney District Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, licensed and experienced Contractors in respect of all necessary construction works and services to convert three (3) flats into a single dwelling at Staithe Road, Bungay, Suffolk. The Building is Grade II listed of special architectural and historic interest and Waveney District Council require a Contractor with a proven track record and experience of undertaking woks on this type of building and this will be reflected in the evaluation criteria as detailed in the Invitation to Bid documents.
