The provision of innovation space and new conference facilities to the existing BAS Head Office in Cambridge, by the construction and fit out of a 500 m² GFA 2 storey extension to the front of the building to house a new reception / exhibition area, a library, a 150 seat conference room and associated external work & landscaping. This will also include the refurbishment of the existing adjacent area to provide new seminar, meeting and office spaces. The project also includes refurbishment of WC facilities in one building and an area of laboratories.
The objectives are to:
