The Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) is a trading fund of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) employing approximately 3700 staff across three core sites. The Agency exists to supply the very best impartial, scientific and technical research and advice to the MOD and other government departments.

Dstl is committed to provide sustainable travel to its employees and visitors for the next two years with possible extension to four. To support this requirement Dstl will be seeking suppliers to provide a shuttle bus service from the local areas to core sites. The expected framework commencement date is 1st April 2017. The service will be operated Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays, and the working days between Christmas and New Year).

The three core sites are:

Fort Halstead, Sevenoaks, Kent.
Portsdown West, Fareham, Hampshire.
Porton Down, Salisbury, Wiltshire.
