The Economic and Housing Development Needs Assessment (EHDNA) will identify future economic and housing (including affordable and specialist housing) growth needs across the Borough. The study is a key requirement of the evidence base for the review of the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan (TWLP).

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
