Torbay Council Corporate Training Providers

Torbay Council is seeking imaginative responses for the provision of corporate face to face training, to a group of diverse employees based at a variety of locations. The Authority is looking for experienced Training Providers who are flexible in approach to training delivery and with demonstrable experience of providing a range of training and development solutions.

The procurement opportunity is being divided into 2 Lots:-

• Lot 1 - Core Management Training, a range of workshops to provide core management skills training, both to be delivered by a single supplier; there may be multiple requirements for different training courses during the life of the Contract.

And -

Leadership Programme Training, to develop existing and aspiring Leaders.

• Lot 2 - Corporate All Staff Training, a range of workshops to develop a range of skills and knowledge across the workforce, to be delivered by a single supplier. There may be multiple requirements for different training courses during the life of the Contract.

The purpose of this Tender process is to identify successful training organisations as single suppliers for both Lots 1 and 2, as above.
