Arden & Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of Birmingham South Central CCG is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers for a 12 Lead Electrocardiogram (ECG) Interpretation Service. For the avoidance of doubt, separate arrangements are already in place for the provision of the associated recording services. This notice is intended to inform providers of the intention of the CCG to procure this service and that they intend to hold a market engagement event. A further notice will be issued when the CCG is seeking to procure the service.
It is the intention of the commissioning organisation to run an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process. The contract will initially be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year at the sole discretion of the commissioning body. The CCG is seeking expressions of interest by 31st May 2016 at 1700hrs. The CCG intends to run a market consultation event prior to commencement of the procurement process. Interested parties will be informed of the venue following the closing date on 31st May.
A consultation event will be held on Thursday 2nd June between 1300 and 1600hrs. This event is intended to gather views from the market around specification of the service and the proposed tariff. Interested parties will also be briefed on the mechanics of the intended procurement vehicle (AQP).
Organisations wishing to express an interest must register their expression of through Arden & Greater East Midlands CSU’s Bravo portal. Providers will be asked to complete a short questionnaire aimed to gather initial thoughts from the market and to gather the organisation’s details.

- a)logging-in to the Arden & GEM CSU e-Tendering portal,
- b)selecting ‘PQQs Open to All Suppliers’,
- c)search for and access listing related to this contract and view details,
- d)click on Express Interest
- iii)Once you have expressed interest, the opportunity will appear in ‘My PQQs’ page where you can download documentation (if required) & construct your reply as instructed. You must submit your reply on the website by the deadline stated.
