Wavendon Play Area Refurbishment Works

To supply and install the proposals as shown in drawings 056.2015.003 Rev E & 056.2016.001 - 056.2016.007 in accordance with the Wavendon Play Area Landscape & Related Works NBS Specification.

• To remove the existing play equipment and surfacing as required for the proposed refurbishment works and drawing NBS & 056.2016.005.
• To supply & install safer surface wet-pour & grass matting in accordance to the contract documentation and drawing 056.2015.003 Rev E, 056.2016.001, NBS & 056.2016.002 to BS EN 1177 & 7188
• To supply & install tarmac footpath & edging in accordance to the contract documentation and drawing NBS, 056.2015.003 & 056.2016.003 to BS EN 13108-1:2006
• To supply & install 1no gate in accordance to the NBS, contract documentation and drawing 056.2015.003 Rev E.
• To supply & install play equipment & trim trail equipment as details: 056.2015.003 Rev E & NBS.
• To supply & install street furniture as details: 056.2015.003 Rev E & NBS.
• To supply & install rounded glacial boulders & standing stones as details: 056.2015.003 Rev E, 056.2016.006 & NBS.
• To supply & install French Drain as details: 056.2015.003 Rev E, 056.2016.007 & NBS.
• To supply & install planting, grass seeding and soft landscape as details: 056.2015.004 Rev A & NBS
• 6 months hard works maintenance on hard works and 12 months on Soft landscape to include defects liability.
• A site visit is highly recommended; site visit is open.
• 5 years warranty on proposed safer surface wet-pour. 20 years on play equipment and 15 years on trim trail equipment and 10 years on the tennis table.
