Procurement of a Software Application for the Collection of Patient Reported Outcomes Data and Related Services

NHS Sheffield CCG (hereafter known as the Authority) is seeking to procure a Software Application for collection of Patient Reported Outcomes Data and Related Services. The initial Implementation will be for the Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinical pathways.

On successful implementation and trial (lessons learnt) the Authority anticipates that the software and service will be required by other Clinical Pathways related to the provision of other clinical services to the Commissioners. There are some essential requirements of the software and related services and some desirable. Potentially interested providers must be able to deliver all of the essential requirements to be selected for shortlisting. Details are within the PQQ documentation The Authority are seeking to establish a shortlist of 3/5 Potential providers for a shortlist to be invited to tender in an Initial Costed Proposal.
