Family Hubs are a network of places and spaces across Stoke-on-Trent for children, young people and their families. They are places where families can visit to receive information and guidance on supporting the health and wellbeing of their family and themselves. Family Hubs are available to all and support families with children of all ages, from all backgrounds, with a range of needs.
There will be Family Hubs in each of the four locality areas that make up Stoke-on-Trent (north, central, south east and south west).
