Major Aids & Adaptations
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Major Aids & Adaptations to Council properties within the Borough of Swindon.
Project Description
The contractor will be required to undertake works such as:
| • | The removal of existing facilities. |
| • | The supply and installation of physical aids as required. |
| • | Complete adaptation of properties as required. |
| • | The provision of scaffolding required to carry out the works. |
| • | Making good to the structure and finishing's internally and externally as required. |

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk , then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. The contract will be initially for a period of 36 months commencing 1 April 2018 with the option to extend for a further 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability.

An information day for potential bidders will be held on 5th September at 11am - spaces must be booked in advance by contacting Sarah Shearman via Messaging on the South West Portal.
