HMRC is looking to develop a new survey to monitor the experience of its Mid-Size business customers in dealing with HMRC. Specifically, we are looking to track changes in the experience of these customers over time, assess the impact of new initiatives and gauge their overall perceptions of HMRC. The survey will also help HMRC identify where future improvements could be made to the services offered to these customers.
