Prepaid Bank Account with Debit Card
- oPrepaid bank account with debit card facility for direct payment services.
2300 Prepaid bank accounts are currently in use by Norfolk County Council service users or their representatives to manage their direct payment funds.
- oPrepaid bank account with debit card facility for use by non-direct payment services
Including:
- oNorfolk County Council staff as a purchasing card and an alternative to cash
- oNorfolk residents who do not have access to a bank account.
- oEmergency single use cards
