Bristol City Council is seeking to appoint a company with a proven track record to deliver an annual Circus on The Downs, Bristol for a period of 3 years from 2019 with the option to extend for a further year. The successful operator will be required to demonstrate how they can deliver a programme of high quality shows which are accessible to Bristol's diverse communities. They will also be expected to detail what the financial return will be to Bristol City Council.
