The key objectives of the Service are: To promote and develop training and employment opportunities to ensure Service Users develop autonomy and are 'work-ready' upon leaving the service. To prevent Service Users aged between 16 -24 years inclusive, becoming homeless and prevent repeat cycles of homelessness; To reduce social isolation for Service Users; To work with a range of agencies to assess and meet the needs of Service Users and share information and integrated working practices effectively; To contribute to national and local agendas around rough sleeping; chronic exclusion; health; drugs and alcohol; community safety; and worklessness; and To provide good quality supported accommodation within an environment which promotes 'positive move-on'. The provision of Crisis Beds which can accommodate Service Users who would otherwise be rough sleeping.
