description
The Authority requires a Contractor to provide security cover at Headquarters for the following:
- Adhoc cover for in-house staff absence or sickness with a two hour response 365, 24/7 days a year. The number of adhoc cover hours cannot be guaranteed however 840 adhoc hours were requested in 2017, (the contractor may be required to supply a greater or lesser number of hours than are mentioned or zero hours)
- One permanent 12 hour day shift starting at 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs in line with the team rota (please refer to appendix 1, rota highlighted in blue).
- Mobile Patrol as and when required. (new requirement, no historic data available).
The Headquarters site consists of two buildings located separately on one site (and outbuildings).
