| 1.2 | Accordingly, this tender package for the Housing Stock encompasses: |
| 1.2.1 | Dwelling Stock Condition Surveys, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Assessments in relation to our dwelling stock. To also Include, but not limited to; Stair Lifts or aides (within Dwellings) |
| 1.2.2 | Dwelling Stock Condition Surveys in relation to the common parts of our residential blocks, including, but not limited to; Boiler Houses, Switch/Electrical Cupboards and contents, Dry Risers/Wet Risers, Vents, Water Tankage, Passenger/Goods Lifts, Stair Lifts (within Dwellings), TV Aerials, Radio Aerials/Masts, Satellite Dishes, Mobile Phone and 5G masts, PV cells |
