Building Fabric Services

To provide the following building fabric skills and services to cover:

General Fabric Builder;
Carpentry & glazing;
Decorating;
Plastering;
Roofing and scaffolding.

Building Plumbing Services: (Including but not limited to)

To provide the following building fabric skills and services to cover general building plumbing services.

The work will cover the following three main areas:

  1. Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building fabric and building plumbing defects.
  1. Minor Works Service – To undertake minor building works and plumbing works to improve and alter the Commissioner’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands.
  1. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance – To undertake periodic servicing of building fabric and general plumbing services as requested by the Commissioner.

At contract commencement, the Contractor shall undertake the routine maintenance of the ‘Shower Mixer Valves’ across the sites.
