| 1.3 | This Invitation to Tender relates to the procurement project advertised by the London Borough of Hounslow (?the Authority? or ?the Council?) on the London Tenders Portal dated Monday 3rd February 2016. |
This ITT contains information about the procurement process, the Services, and assessment questions for Tenderers to complete. Each Tenderer's response (Tender) should be detailed enough to allow the Client to make an informed selection of the most appropriate solution.

| 1.5 | Any question or request for clarification relating to this ITT must be raised via the e-tendering Portal, ?Pro-Contract Discussions? only. On receipt of a request for clarification, except as stated below, all questions and requests for clarification or further information and the corresponding responses, will be circulated by the Client to all bidders for this Contract. |
If a Tenderer wishes the Client to treat a clarification as confidential and not issue the response to all Tenderers, it must state this when submitting the clarification. If, in the opinion of the Client, the clarification is not confidential, the Client will inform the Tenderer and it will have an opportunity to withdraw it. If the clarification is not withdrawn, the response will be issued to all Tenderers.
- All questions or requests for clarification or further information must be submitted by 13:00 on Monday 10th February 2016 at the latest. Requests / questions received after this time will not be responded to.
