The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a supplier to assess and guide the council on demand and supply of affordable workspaces and the role and opportunities for WLA Boroughs and the OPDC to accelerate their delivery. A robust evidence base is required to support and inform decisions on planning applications. The work must consider the type, amount, guideline affordable rents, location and design of affordable workspace as part of major commercial and mixed-use schemes including major high density and mixed use development.
