Industrial Energy Delivery Digital Technical Support Service

This contract is a call-off from the G Cloud 12 framework. The service provider will be required to provide specialist digital analysis and project management services to support Industrial Energy Directorate Projects, including:

Ensure that permitting, monitoring, reporting and verification (PMRV) system outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future PMRV business models and delivering to the business architecture.

Working closely with stakeholders in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation for the PMRV system.

Ensure IT products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of the project (Alpha/beta/production) and meet agile delivery standards.

Establish an industrial energy programme, including digital delivery strategy, with a clear set of objectives, benefits and governance, and develop a programme plan.

Develop and manage operational readiness strategies to ensure all delivery partners and stakeholders are ready to deliver.

Working with projects to agree and collect an appropriate and timely set of MI so that the SROs can effectively manage portfolios and assess whether each programme is meeting/ contributing to the necessary overarching objectives including carbon budgets and trajectory to net zero.

Co-ordinating the Directorate's responses and input into business planning processes, reviews and initiatives (such as Budget, Spending Reviews, the Net Zero Cost Review, carbon budgets).
