  • 1.4.You are invited to submit a tender for the provision of High Voltage Network Maintenance Services & Planned Works under a Control, Operation and Maintenance agreement to the Facilities Directorate at the University of Leeds.
  • 1.5.The University is connected to the local Distribution Network Operator (DNO), which, in this case, is Northern Powergrid, at a system voltage of 11 kV.
  • 1.6.Equipment at a system voltage of 0.4 kV is also within the scope of this tender, where it forms part of the installations within local distribution substations (i.e. the main low voltage switchgear).
  • 1.7.The types of property serviced by this contract will be both low-rise and high-rise and will cover the following sectors / services both on and off site ;
