Brief description:

***Candidates must have knowledge of housing legislation and be confident with systems. The system used is a Capita based system.

We are looking for Registration Officers to work within the Housing Solutions Service area. Candidates for the role will be processing housing applications completing any checks to ensure eligibility in accordance with Sandwell Council's Housing Allocations Policy.

Clients will be required to:

• oHave excellent attention to detail
• oWork on their own initiative with minimum supervision
• oUnderstand and interpret Housing Allocation Policy
• oBe a fast-learner
• oBe available to work in-office

Qualification requirement:

Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 as a minimum, or equivalent.
