Fast Track Programme - Leadership and Management Programme
The aim of the programme is to support and retain talent within Hammersmith & Fulham. The target audience will include:
- Early to mid-career leaders
- Rapid risers
- Well-established in early leadership posts
- Technically skilled in the service areas
- On trajectory towards significant strategic responsibility for large divisions of the organisation
- Assistant directors
- Chief Officers
- Experienced Heads of Service
The Programme will be delivered over 7 modules which are directly aligned to Our Vision and priorities.
