Procurement of Training and Mentoring Project

The Authority wish to appoint a suitably qualified individual or organisation to deliver a programme of business support training and mentoring to micro business (< 10 employees) in the London Borough of Hounslow. The training and mentoring will equip micro business owner/managers with the skills to further their business goals and may be varied in delivery to encompass, not just one to many (training) and one to one (mentoring) sessions, also on-line learning, webinars and assignments. Suggested training topics are Business planning, Finance (managing and raising), Sales and marketing, Hiring and managing staff, Digital skills training, Time Management and Work/Life balance, Effective homeworking/ growing your business from home, Procurement and Quality Management. Suggestions for other topics themes are welcome Applicants are requested to detail a training plan, including delivery method, with rationale for its elements
