Requirement: Strategy Support & Coaching for CEO

- A strategy for the organisation that sets out a clear focus, distinctive impact, strong capabilities, and a high performance culture.
- A leadership team that is more capable, agile, and cohesive - giving clearer direction to the organisation, prioritising more effectively, and developing their teams, for example by delegating more effectively.
- A stronger relationship with the Chair so that they are more supportive to CEO and the Executive in public environments, and CEO will benefit from their experience and expertise.
- A Board that is more able to advise and challenge on matters of economic regulation and policy - the core of Ofwat's remit - in addition to business issues, which they are more familiar with.
- A closer alignment between the needs of the organisation and CEO as an individual.
The work together will comprise:
- A catalyst session
- Completion of seven proprietary diagnostic tools
- Completion of any other tools that Ofwat is using
