GBC - Prevention of Legionella Provisions ITT

Guildford Borough Council (GBC) is the owner/occupier of an assortment of buildings of various size and use within the Borough of Guildford and is seeking tenders from experienced Service Providers to carry out legionella prevention works within the Contract Area. The work consists of undertaking surveys, preparation of schematic drawings, identification of sentinel taps, identification and written assessment of the risks, formulation and implementation of control plans, planned, reactive and emergency maintenance, water sampling and analysis, water treatment and written and electronic record keeping.
