Dynamic Purchasing System - Property Cleaning Services

Rykneld Homes Ltd is establishing a list of cleaning services contractors through its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to undertake the cleaning of its empty properties (voids) after completion of refurbishment works.

During the financial year 2017/18 it is anticipated that this service will be required for up to approximately 350 properties in total.

If your company specialises in domestic property cleaning and you are interested in applying to become a supplier in order to bid for future opportunities, you will need to complete the required questionnaire in full and return it via the In-tend system. NOTE: the service must be carried out by employees of your company and not be sub-contracted out.

If after evaluation your submission is not accepted onto the DPS list, you will be notified of the reasons behind this and invited to reapply once you have met the required criteria.

If your company is accepted and is subsequently successful in bidding for work, you will be asked to confirm that all the information provided as part of the acceptance process remains accurate and that there have been no substantial changes within your organisation that may impact on your acceptance.

The DPS for property cleaning will remain open for a period of two years and new suppliers can apply to be accepted onto the list at any point during this period (subject to meeting the required criteria).
