Lot 1: Digital Experiences
Nottingham Trent University is seeking a roster of agencies to work on digital and web projects, to accompany our larger and more bespoke marketing projects. The University is seeking insight-led digital agencies centered on critical and creative thinking, design excellence and technical wizardry. The roster will design and build professional websites and apps that turn marketing strategy into connected experiences that are not only effective, but also inspire and delight our audiences. Nottingham Trent University shall appoint to a maximum of three suppliers for Lot 1.
Suppliers appointed to the roster will be allocated work evenly across the supplier set, where practical, based on supplier workloads and supplier specialist areas. Roster agencies not required to pitch for every project, with agency pitches limited to the more complex projects. The University expects the yearly number of projects to be in the region of two to four projects; however, this figure may fluctuate. Consultancy on our digital portfolio may have direct impact on our core recruitment journey and could be critical to undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment, as well as university reputation.
Lot 2: Managed Web Services
Nottingham Trent University is seeking a digital agency to provide fully managed end-to-end web design and development services for a variety of digital projects that do not fall under our main website ntu.ac.uk. An agency adept at delivering structured and cost-effective websites/applications including hosting that delivers core requirements for academic, research and other marketing activities. Currently, the University has five active sites on managed web service, with the expectation that this figure will grow in the coming years.
