Stratford Youth Zone Cultural Operator Concession Contract

The London Borough of Newham, a local authority, is inviting tenders from interested parties subject to the Concession Contract Regulations 2016, to award a concession contract to operate and manage Stratford Youth Zone, Theatre Square, Stratford, London, United Kingdom E15 1BX.

The contract will be for a period of ten years from 1st September 2022 (with an option to extend for up to five years) at an estimated contract value of £4,600,000 over the ten year period.

The Council is seeking a cultural operator, to collaborate on the programming and operational management of the Stratford Youth Zone building.
