Provision of Non Operated Plant Hire

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd, Corserv Facilities Ltd and any other company within the Corserv Group of Companies who have a requirement are seeking to establish a Non Operated Plant Hire Framework Agreement to compliment our own fleet of vehicles and plant equipment to meet fluctuating workloads and specialist projects throughout Cornwall & Devon. The framework agreement is split into 3 Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Small Plant, Tools & Equipment –The range of equipment includes all tools, small plant and equipment up to 1 tonne mini excavators and dumpers. The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 20% Quality, 15% Social Value & 65% Commercial Lot 2 - Medium & Large Non-operated Plant –The larger type of plant equipment is covered in the range including swing shovels, excavators, dumpers and tele-handlers. The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 20% Quality, 15% Social Value & 65% Commercial Lot 3: Miscellaneous and Specialist Non-operated Plant, Equipment and Self Drive Commercial Vehicles – for the hire of portable traffic lights, portable toilets, specialist drilling equipment, site accommodation and welfare units. The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 100% Commercial. Suppliers are invited to apply for any Lot that is relevant to them."
