Pre-Procurement Market Engagement for Mentors in Violence Prevention - Expression of Interest opportunity

Torbay Council is seeking to purchase:

The delivery and co-ordination of the Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP) Programme alongside education providers in Torbay, with a focus on children in key stages 2 and 3.

Please refer to the the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents for further details on requirements.

Following this EOI pre-procurement stage, it is anticipated that a procurement process will be undertaken in the near future, conducted electronically, via this Supplying The South West procurement portal and the ProContract system.

In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the Expression of Interest (EOI) Documents, the Authority is providing the Documents in the 'Opportunities' Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal, at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk In order to access the EOI Documents and to submit a response, Applicants must be registered as Suppliers on ProContract. Applicants should then register an interest in the opportunity and download the Appendix B EOI Response Document for completion and submission.
