The University of Essex is looking to build a new sports hall. The project comprises of the design and construction of a single storey sports hall with three storey ancillary areas including fitness suite, changing rooms, classrooms, toilets, offices, reception, plant room, sports therapy suite, kitchen, sports social space and bar. Complete with all services and external works.
