Sandwell as the relevant authority for the Black Country Coroners Service provides services relating to the transportation of bodies on behalf of the Coroner.In addition, Sandwell MBC recognises the profound impact bereavement has on families and the importance of the funeral as part of a healthy grieving process.Through its Registration Services the authority provides a suite of funeral related services for the inhabitants of the borough and those organisations and families who chose to use its excellent facilities. The arrangement of funerals for those where no arrangements are being made, the Public Health funeral, and the provision of a low cost funeral service for those families who choose to use this service.The tender is therefore offered as four Lots as detailed below and suppliers may bid for all or individual Lots:Lot 1 – Coroners Transportation – Sandwell Lot 2 – Coroners Transportation – Dudley Lot 3 – Coroners Transportation – Walsall Lot 4 – Sandwell Funeral Servi
