GB-Shrewsbury: RG2016ORRVPM – Overflow Responsive Repair & Void Works

Applicants are invited to express an interest in tendering for the Overflow responsive repair, void works in the North and West of Shropshire for an initial period of three years, with the potential to extend a further year, commencing on 1st August 2016.

Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing is an ALMO, looking after a stock of 4200 dwellings for Shropshire Council.

The Overflow responsive repair, void works contract of will consist of the reactive repairs and void works to our properties on a call off basis, which may at times be out of hours on the occasions when our own direct labour force are not able to commit due to working at full capacity to be able to meet our targets to our tenanted, sheltered and supported housing stock throughout the rural towns and villages around Bridgnorth and Oswestry.

The basis of the tender submission, schedule of works and the subsequent measuring of the contract period with KPI’s and the appraisal of the tender will be from the NHF version 6.3 suite of documents.
