Bristol Leads Programme

This is a Call Off from ESPO Framework 664 to deliver the below services.

1. Bristol Leads programme 2019

To re-run the Bristol Leads programme in 2019 for 100 team managers. This is a business-focussed leadership development programme which combines short inputs with applied practice supported by in-business coaching. The programme equips participants with the skills set and mindset to be as productive and efficient as possible. This will boost team managers' resources to innovate, improve and deliver to a high standard.

2. Bristol Leads alumni

To continue to support programme participants (Bristol Leads alumni) from the 2018 programme to get the best from their teams and establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This will include masterclasses, in-business coaching and networking events.

3. Bristol Leads wrap-around

To develop a wrap-around version of Bristol Leads to support the delivery of specific corporate priorities. This will involve selective and targeted use of particular tools and approaches from Bristol Leads to make progress on challenging cross-council/cross-agency projects.

Measures of success: learning needs assessment pre and post programme to track individual progress. Evidence of progress with specific business improvements which contribute to our priorities.
