AHDB require independent expertise to support and advise their Governance Review Group in achieving the following objectives:
- 1.To recommend to the AHDB Board a future governance structure that ensures AHDB is:
- a.fit for purpose,
- b.accountable,
- c.inclusive,
- d.transparent,
- e.efficient and provides value for money for levy payers
- f.and encourages levy payer engagement.
- 2.To recommend the transition programme to any new structure, including timescale, to ensure no adverse impact on delivery.
- 3.To provide a Board evaluation for reference in the 2021 financial statements.
