The Portway Park & Ride rail station project is currently being delivered with Network Rail and the budget includes provision for elements of the station that Great Western Railway will deliver. As the current Train Operating Company that will take on the lease of the new station, they are the only delivery body that can deliver their elements of the station. The costs cover infrastructure to be delivered within the station, testing and commissioning, and; project management costs.
