Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry the out the construction of a extension to create an additional 86m2 area for new classrooms facilities and remodelling and refurbishment works to new existing classrooms at Claines CE Primary School, School Bank Road Claines Worcestershire WR3 7RW The works comprise of but are not limited to; Concrete Foundations and slabs, Brick/Blockwork External Walls, External doors and Windows, Internal Doors, Finishes, Fixed and Loose Furniture, Mechanical and Electrical Installations and External Works.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

The Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016 Edition

Site Possession: 26th March 2018 (Contractor may be permitted early access to sections of the site following contract award.

Prior to the submission of the tender return it will be necessary for the tenderer to visit and determine site conditions and to satisfy himself on all aspects affecting the delivery of plant, materials, storage, working conditions etc.

All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
