Contract for the Provision of a Welfare Officer for IMD Patients

The Trust is looking to implement a service which provides the support of an integrated and effective welfare and benefits support service for our IMD patients, in recognition of the vital need to address these issues for holistic patient care.

This contract will support a welfare benefits support service that is patient centred and sensitive to individual's physical, psychological and emotional needs.

This service will provide patients with comprehensive information in accessible formats describing basic benefit entitlements along with signposting to and co-ordination of community and statutory resources.

The service will primarily be provided in the IMD clinics based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.

(This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) - You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box; 3. Responding to the Tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
