WAV-MC: appointment of planning consultant - site A Ockford Ridge, Godalming, GU7 2NL

The council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and competent planning consultant to undertake the following services in order that the site's infrastructure and pre-development works might be progressed:

1. Prepare and submit and an application for planning permission in respect of retaining walls and two lean-to garage structures in connection with its residential development at site A (formerly 141- 162 Ockford Ridge, Godalming.)

2. Collate information and submit an application to discharge Reserved Matters in connection with the current planning permission WAV/2017/0120, for the above mentioned redevelopment scheme.
