The Authority is seeking an experienced Operator to supply, install and operate a single moveable Attraction on Paignton Central Green from Easter 2016, with the following aims:
| ? | To enhance the visitor experience in Paignton; |
| ? | To provide a sustainable value for money Attraction; |
| ? | To enhance longstanding events that the Authority and voluntary organisations have traditionally operated on Paignton Green; and |
| ? | To preserve the condition of the Green and reduce the Authority?s reinstatement costs by being able and willing to move the Attraction on a daily or weekly basis, as required by the Authority, to different areas on Paignton Green. |
