description
The aim of the Welcome Ambassadors is to provide an exceptional welcome to all visitors and residents across Southport. This will commence with the Open Golf Championships and July and will extend through the work supported via the Coastal Communities Fund programme of works.
The importance of such as role is to engage with the public, offer advice, directions and general information alongside managing any town centre issues such as rough sleeping etc. These Ambassadors provide a face for people and a link to SMBC and BID.
