Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (mHabitat Team) working on behalf of the Leeds West Primary Care Network, wish to procure a dynamic, informative, public facing web service for each member of the care network.

Leeds West Primary Care Network are a group of 37 General Practices within the NHS Leeds West Clinical Commissioning Group.

To make the process of engaging with local GP practices and their online services easier for service users, we want to develop a standard web service ‘template’ that could be used and customised by all of the 37 practices, while retaining the common template features and familiar approach.
