The Contracting Authority sought expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver a programme of works to its properties. Metropolitan Thames Valley owns and manages approximately 15,939 properties within Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Sussex. The works will include the delivery of Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements to approximately 15,939 properties and will include general needs properties, Key Worker accommodation and University Asset student accommodation.MTV wish to appoint a reserve Service Provider who may be required to deliver works in the event of poor performance of the Service Provider or to undertake works to those properties that have been excluded from the main programme due to non-access.
