Carry out repair works to replace all broken, delaminating and slipped welsh blue slates to the Victoria Hall roof areas of Leeds Town Hall. All replacement slates are to match the existing slates in both size, colour and quality. Works to include cleaning the cast iron guttering and repairs to the cast iron gutter joints and repairs to the timber snowboarding along the edge of the this roof.
