- oDesign and develop template for skeleton standard operating process that includes signposting, safeguarding and managing escalations
- oBuild training approach and training material / content to support messaging
- oManage delivery of training to community partners and telephone trees volunteers / train the trainer model
- oProvide 12-month co-ordination role to oversee successful delivery of telephone trees and monitoring of outcomes
- oProduce end of project evaluation report and learning
The telephone trees to be set up by 1st April 2021 and to run until 31 March 2022.
