Employee benefits and rewards and associated services

This is a call-off from CCS framework RM6273. The contract will provide HM Land Registry with a portal which will allow its staff to access various discounts, services and rewards including the following:

Employee discounts scheme - provides employees access to discounts on products and services from a wide range of retailers.

Cycle to Work - provides employees access to a salary sacrifice scheme for the purchase of a bike and equipment under an HMRC approved scheme.

Childcare vouchers (for eligible members, scheme closed to new joiners since November 2018)

Discounted gym membership - provides employees access to discounted membership of gyms, leisure centres, exercise and fitness classes from a wide range of providers.

The advertised maximum contract value includes spend incurred by HMLR employees (via salary sacrifice), as well as management fees and likely HMLR expenditure on the reward and recognition scheme. Actual spend will be largely determined by employee use of the benefits available to them under this contract and rewards distributed by the employer.
