This contract will cover all media buying and we propose to use the Government framework to leverage best value deals for media space regionally, nationally and internationally. The agreement covers all online and offline channels, of which the most relevant to the Commission are: Digital, Mobile / Tablet / Text, Email, Affiliate / Paid-for search marketing, Paid-for social media advertising and blogging.
